Scriptures For When You Feel Discouraged

• When I am pressed on every side by troubles, I am not crushed and broken. When I am perplexed because I don’t know why things happen as they do, I don’t give up and quit. ~ 2 Corinthians 4:8 (TLB)

• God is my shield, my glory and the lifter of my head. ~ Psalm 3:3

• The eyes of the Lord are on me, and His ears are open to my cry…When I cry out, the Lord hears, and delivers me out of all my troubles. ~ Psalm 34:15, 17 (NKJV)

• I waited patiently and expectantly for the Lord; and He inclined to me and heard my cry.
