Milk…Check.
Eggs…Check.
Bananas…Check.
A baby onesie that caught my attention, and I kept swooning over and touching but wouldn’t put it in my cart…? Check.
Friends, I walked by it and then stopped. I admired it from a distance before touching it. I picked it up. Put it back. Picked it up. Checked the price tag. Put it back. Stood there. Looked around. I began to wish I had a use for it. I thought about how my husband REALLY can’t wait for the day he could take his son hunting. Walked away. I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Came back. Touched it. Picked it up again. I looked around again and then finally threw it in my cart. And why?
Because of Hebrews 11:1
“Now faith is being SURE of what we hope for and CERTAIN of what we do not see.”
And Luke 1:45
“Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill His promises to her.”
Father, I pray over everyone reading this article. I don’t know what they are hoping or believing You for, but I humbly ask that You give them the strength, the courage, and the boldness to put their faith (no matter how small they feel it is) into action without fear or reserve. Help them to trust You with their dreams. And to believe in Your faithfulness. Flood their hearts with fresh hope to live in a joyful, positive, and confident expectation that the desires you have planted in the soft, fertile soil of their hearts will one day grow. And they will one day grow bigger and better than they could have ever dreamed or imagined. It’s in the precious name of Jesus I pray, amen.

Such a cute onsie! I just did the same this weekend. Husband took me to a Texas A&M game, where he attended school. I saw a onsie that said future yell leader. I told him you’ve got to buy this for our baby! I laugh at myself because I haven’t had a baby yet but I’m already sending him to college!
Oh, dear friend! I am SO thankful you put that onesie in your cart and took it home, because every step you take like that is a step of faith and just proving to our dear Lord that you DO believe He is going to send your miracle! I believe He is going to send little Josiah to you, and I am just standing firm with you in prayer and faith that it won’t be long!!!!! Bless your dear heart…you have waited so long, but it is so inspiring that you keep believing in spite of all. I LOVED the prayer you prayed at the end, and you had NO idea how much it fit my current situation. Thank you for being obedient and faithful to God. You are a dear blessing to us all. 🙂
